A new claim from Souleymane Coulibaly: Al Ahly foreign players Ali Maaloul and Junior Ajayi are mistreated at the club.

The Ivorian striker left Egypt and traveled to London without informing his club, which made the Red Devils lodge a complaint to FIFA against him to preserve the club’s rights.

He later issued a controversial statement accusing the club of treating him like a slave, forcing him to pray every time he scored and that his family didn’t feel comfortable practicing Christianity in Egypt, and today he is claiming that Maaloul and Ajayi complained about how they are being treated at the club.

“Have you forgotten all the s*** you said about Al Ahly, and how you were complaining about how we were treated ?,” Souleymane Coulibaly wrote on his official Twitter account.

“I hate people who act fake on Twitter,” he added.

However, Junior Ajayi, who scored in Al Ahly’s 2-0 Champions League win against Wydad Casablanca on Sunday, denied facing problems at Al Ahly, saying: “I have no problems at all with any of the players or the technical team.

“I am getting support from everyone in the club which encourages me to perform better. We practice our daily lives normally in Cairo,” the Nigerian added.

Meanwhile, Tunisian full-back Ali Maaloul has revealed that he’s staying at the club until the end of his contract with the Egyptian Premier League champions, which runs out in 2021.

Al Ahly’s player of the month for April joined the Cairo giants last January from Scottish side Kilmarnock for $800,000 after nearly joining arch-rivals Zamalek.
