OFFICIAL: Ismaily sign Rayon Sports forward Moussa Camara
Malian International striker Moussa Camara successfully joined Ismaily from Rwandan champions Rayon Sports after agreeing to a two-year contract.
Rwandan website “The New Times” reported earlier that Camara is close to complete a move to the Egyptian giants next seasons after Ismaily officials carefully scouted the player.
The player is expected to arrive at Ismailia city in the next few hours for his medical checks to activate his contract. The deal is worth $50,000 and Camara received $20,000 after agreeing on personal terms with the Ismailia-based club, where the 23-year-old will earn $2,000 a month.
Ismaily haven’t won a trophy since 2002 and are struggling in the Egyptian Premier League as they are currently seventh which led the administration to strengthen the squad to get the club back to the glory days.
Camara scored 10 goals in 15 appearances with the Rwandan side this season in addition to four assists. The 22-year-old started his career in Mali with AS Bamako and then played for Tunisian Ligue 1 side, Avenir Sportif de Kasserine.
