Coulibaly seeks former club return after fleeing Egypt
It has been reported that former Al Ahly striker Souleymane Coulibaly has contacted his former club Kilmarnock over a potential return to the Scottish side.
Coulibaly has contacted Scottish outfit Kilmarnock boss Lee McCulloch to discuss his potential return for the pacey striker as a free agent.
The 22-year-old has recently ran away from Egyptian Giants Al Ahly due to him claiming that he was exposed to “slave” treatment at the famous club.
His £800,000 move was a successful transfer for both the player and the club performance-wise, as Coulibaly scored six goals in nine appearances for the Red Devils in the Egyptian Premier League.
The Ivorian striker looks for a ‘new beginning’ as he aims for the return to Kilmarnock. After scoring 11 goals in 26 apps in different competitions in his first spell, the club are is welcoming a second spell for the player at Rugby Park.
