Smouha’s Ayman Ashraf banned for four games
Smouha’s defender Ayman Ashraf is banned for four games after disrespecting the referee after the game against Al Masry in the Egyptian Premier League.
After the game has ended, Ashraf was shown the red card after pulling the referee’s hand in a disrespectful manner. The League committee issued an official statement for the ban emphasizing the unacceptable behavior from the defender.
The match, which ended in a tie, featured an awarded penalty in the 89th minute to Al Masry, who clinched the tie from the Alexandrian side.
Ashraf’s Premier League journey this season has officially ended after the ban and the player will not be available against his former team Al Ahly in tomorrow’s clash.
