Inacio announces 21-man list to face USM Alger in CAF Champions League

Zamalek coach Augusto Inácio, has announced his team which will travel to Algeria on Sunday to prepare for the fourth round of the CAFCL against USM Alger.

Both Mohamed Ibrahim and Mohammed Magdy were out of the 21-man squad due to injury, while Islam Gamal, Ahmed Ga’afar, Osama Ibrahim, Hossam Paolo and Ayman Hefny were absent for technical reasons.

The travelling squad will include the following:

Goalkeepers: Ahmed El-Shennawy, Mahmoud Gennesh and Omar Salah.

Defenders: Ahmed Abo El-Fotouh, Mohamed Nassef, Hosni Fathi, Ali Gabr, Mahmoud Hamdy, El-Wensh and Shawky El-Said.

Midfielders: Ahmed Tawfik, Moruf Yusuf, Tarek Hamed, Ibrahim Salah, Salah Rico, Mahmoud Dunga, Mostafa Fathi, Ahmed Refaat and Mahmoud Abdel-Razek Shikabala.

Forwards: Bassem Morsy, Stanley and Emmanuel Mayuka.

The White Knights’ previous match against the Algerian side ended in a thrilling 1-1 draw, which maintained Zamalek’s first place position in Group B with 5 points.

The upcoming match is scheduled to be played on July 5th.
