Egyptian sports players agent and Hull City full back Ahmed Elmohamady‘s agent, Nader Shawky, has revealed that Elmohamady will be sealing a move away from the KC Stadium this transfer window.

Shawky, who represents many Egyptian players including Al Ahly legend Emad Meteb and Stoke City youngster Ramadan Sobhi, confirmed on Egyptian television that transfer talks for Elmohamady are underway and are going smoothly.

Shawky also confirmed that Elmohamady will not be leaving England, as his new club is presumed to be English.

“Elmohamady will leave Hull City to a club that is in England and not abroad. We are now amid negotiations and everything is going well so far,” he explained.

Elmohamady intially joined Hull City in August 2012 on loan from Sunderland, and he went on to win the 2012/2013 Player of the Season Award as he helped The Tigers gain promotion to the English Premier League.

The club signed Elmohamady permanently in July 2013 and he became Hull City’s first ever player to play 100 Premier League games for the club.

The 29-year-old also missed out on an FA Cup medal after losing to Arsenal in the final in the 2014.
