Trezeguet bags brace on Kasımpaşa debut in friendly win over Eyüpspor

Mahmoud Hassan scored a brace on his Kasımpaşa debut as the Turkish Super Lig side claimed a 6-0 win over Eyüpspor on Sunday.

The Egypt international joined Kasımpaşa from Anderlecht earlier this month on a one-year loan with an option to buy. The 22-year-old midfielder had spent the last season on loan at Royal Excel Mouscron.

Kasımpaşa manager Kemal Özdes included Trezeguet in the starting line up for his side’s pre-season friendly against third-tier Eyüpspor.

Tunisia’s Syam Ben Youssef, who also joined the Turkish side during the 2017 summer transfer window, managed to break the deadlock after 28 minutes.

Trezeguet then opened his Kasımpaşa scoring account in the 32nd minute as he scored from the spot to double his side’s lead.

Two minutes before the break, Hassan Bilal scored to push the club’s lead to 3-0 at halftime. Five minutes after the restart, the hosts were already 4-0 up through Turkish striker Adem Büyük.

The Egypt international then completed his brace, scoring his side’s fifth goal ten minutes after the break. Mert Kula scored in the 65th minute as the game ended in a 6-0 victory for .
