The Arab Club Championship referees’ committee named Egyptian referee Ibrahim Noureldin for the competition’s final between Al-Faisaly SC and Esperance Sportive de Tunis.
Al Faisaly made it through to the finals after defeating Cairo giants Al Ahly at Borg El-Arab stadium, while the Tunisian side managed to beat Morocco’s Fath Union Sport 2-1 in Alexandria after the match went to extra time.
Noureldin will officiate the game and will be assisted by Egypt’s Ayman Degaish and Morocco’s Redouane Achik.
The final between Al Faisaly and ESS is scheduled to take place on Saturday at Alexandria Stadium, with the winner set to earn $2.5 million.
