Congolese striker Jean Marc Makusu joins Wadi Degla
Wadi Degla successfully signed Congolese striker Jean Marc Makusu for three seasons to support the team’s squad.
The 25-year-old player started his career in Congo with Bel’Or Kinshasa’s youth team and was promoted later to the first team, In 2014, Makusu went on a spell with Belgium outfit Standard Liege but was loaned right away to Újpest FC for six months. He was loaned again upon his return to Algerian side Mouloudia Club d’Oran for another six months.
Makusu then left Standard Liege and returned to Congo to join AS Vita Club on a free transfer move. The Congolese international will now play for Wadi Degla after signing a three-year contract.
The Egyptian side also signed former Al Masry captain Osama El-Azab following the player’s dispute with Al Masry head coach Hossam Hassan.
