The former Southampton striker joined Zamalek from FC Metz in Winter 2016, and played 37 matches with the White Knights in which he scored seven goals and made three assists.
The player’s agent, however, previously told Kingfut that they are suing Zamalek over wrongful termination of employment contract, despite club President Mortada Mansour claiming that both sides reached a settlement over his late dues.
Mayuka made 56 international appearances with the Zambian national team scoring 11 goals and was named 2012 Africa Cup of Nations top scorer.
