Bancé returns to Al Masry
Burkina Faso striker Aristide Bancé has returned to mother club Al Masry after he had fled the team’s camp last month.
KingFut revealed last month that Bancé left Al Masry and escaped Egypt over an unpaid salaries dispute. The Burkinabe striker was also close to signing for Saudi Arabia club Al-Raed.
Surprisingly, Al Masry have noted, in an official statement on their website, that Bancé will land back in Egypt coming from Burkina Faso capital, Ouagadougou, on Friday evening.
The 33-year-old striker will then join up with the rest of his teammates in their training camp in Borg El Arab after three weeks of absence as they prepare for their match against Arab Contractors on Saturday, the club stated. Furthermore, Al Masry coach Hossam Hassan and football director Ibrahim Hassan will confront the player in the next few days to understand the motives behind his decision.
Bancé joined the Portsaid-based club on a free transfer last summer, scoring three goals and assisting two in seven games.
