Salah assists in a 5-1 victory over Brighton
Klopp started a front three of Coutinho, Firmino and Salah to facilitate attacking play.
The away side opened the scoring in the 30th minute as Can powered in a header from a corner.
Liverpool added a second just a minute later. All of the front three were involved, as Salah drove at the defence, it was Coutinho who laid it into the path of Firmino for the finish.
After the break, Firmino found a third for The Reds. Salah twisted and turned as he brought the ball forward from the half-way line to the penalty area, before threading in Firmino who finished calmly.
Brighton pulled a goal back from the penalty spot, when Glen Murray fired into the top corner.
With less than 20 minutes in the game, Salah was rested for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Liverpool finished off the contest with two late Coutinho goals. The first, an ingenious free-kick by Coutinho, who drilled the ball beneath the wall to find the bottom left-hand corner. The second, a deflected effort which found the bottom corner in the 90th minute.
Mohamed Salah has now been directly involved in 15 goals in his first 15 Liverpool Premier League games (12 goals, three assists).
Liverpool next face Spartak Moscow on Wednesday night for their final group stage Champions League tie.
