Nebojša Jovović claims responsibility of Zamalek’s recent results
Zamalek manager Nebojša Jovović has held himself accountable for the Whites’ setback in the last two games in the Egyptian Premier League.
Zamalek currently occupy the fourth place in the league standings after collecting 19 points from 11 games so far this season. Jovović’s men are suffering from a poor form at the meantime and are without a win in their last two games in the league.
Zamalek assistant coaches, Tarek Yehia and Medhat Abdel-Hady, had officially reported their resignation to the club and expressed their will of not continuing with the club.
Jovović admitted his responsibility of Zamalek’s recent results, stating that he realizes that the head coach is in charge of everything related to the team. The 43-year-old coach mentioned that will not escape no matter what and that he will not seek alibis or excuses, confirming that he is looking to recompense the recent results.
The former Al Faisaly manager also dismissed reports that he contemplating leaving Zamalek, stressing that these rumors are with no foundation because departing the Whites is categorically excluded.
