Mohamed Salah nominated for Premier League Player, Goal of the month awards

Egypt international  has been nominated for the Premier League Player and Goal of the Month awards for November.

The 25-year-old has scored 12 Premier League goals for Liverpool so far this season, including seven in four games last month.

Salah found the target twice against each of West HamSouthampton and Stoke City, and has also netted once against Chelsea at the Anfield.

He is up against Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling (Manchester City), Eden Hazard (Chelsea), Shkodran Mustafi (Arsenal), Ashley Young (Manchester United) and Robbie Brady (Burnley).

You can vote for the Egyptian by clicking here. The poll closes at 23:59 GMT on Monday, 11 December, with the winner to be announced on Friday, December 15.

Meanwhile, Salah’s strike against Southampton has been shortlisted for the Goal of the Month.

His effort is among Eight goals nominated for the Carling Goal of the Month award for November. The Egyptian is having a tough competition as the list include some wonder goals, namley Sofiane Boufal’s marvellous solo goal against West Brom, Rajiv van La Parra strike against West Brom and Wayne Rooney’s halfway line goal against West Ham.

Jesse Lingard, Jaime Vardy, Kevin De Bruyne and Ashley Young are also in the running for the monthly accolade.

You have until Monday, December 11 to vote for Mohamed Salah’s effort here and the winner will be announced on Friday, December 15.
