Roma CEO: Salah’s move to Liverpool satisfied everyone
Gandini was attending 12th Dubai International Sports Conference, as he has praised the Egyptian winger in an interview with Sky Sport Italy following the conference, naming the reasons that forced Roma to sell the Egypt international to Liverpool.
“It was something that Salah mediated, it was a move he asked for. It was a situation that developed at the right time with the right elements,” Gandini told Sky Sport.
“There was everyone’s satisfaction about it. He has adapted well to Klopp’s game and is doing very well and has been the protagonist for his National team for the World Cup,”
Salah is currently Liverpool’s top scorer in all competition, netting 21 goals in all competitions since joining the Reds in the summer.
