Zamalek’s Cisse joins Ittihad of Alexandria on loan

Razack Cisse

Zamalek‘s chairman, Mortada Mansour, announces that Ivorian forward Razack Cisse officially has joined Ittihad of Alexandria on a 6-month loan deal.

Mansour stated, “Cisse has officially joined Ittihad of Alexandria until the end of the season for one million and two hundred fifty thousand EGP.”

The player’s agent, Abdulhamid Adel, has confirmed that there are several clubs in Egypt interested in bringing in the young forward. Ismaily FC and Al Masry were among the highly interested clubs, but Mortada Mansour has decided to sell him to Ittihad instead of their target Youssef Obama, who was ordered to stay by head coach Nebosja.

The 18-year-old joined the White Knights last summer from Aswan FC, but couldn’t quite break into the current squad making only four appearances in the league as a substitute and playing a combined total of 87 minutes only.

Ittihad of Alexandria currently lie in the 15th place with 14 points in the table.
