Ittihad of Alexandria and Mohamed Ali Moncer’s part ways
Moncer transferred to Ittihad in the foregoing summer on loan from Esperance Sportive de Tunis. Moncer was experiencing a decent spell with the Alexandria-based club, having made 13 appearances in the Egyptian Premier League scoring two goals.
The former Sfaxien midfielder, and despite his promising first four months with Ittihad, has requested to cut his loan spell short due to forced motives.
Moncer affirmed his affection to Ittihad of Alexandria and its fans, dismissing rumors that he is left due to his late dues. By their turn, Ittihad management have accepted Moncer’s request seeing no point in keeping him with the Esperance loanee urging to leave.
Ittihad of Alexandria occupy the 14th place in the Egyptian Premier League standings with 16 points from 17 games.
