Zamalek announce squad for Entag El-Harby encounter
Zamalek manager Ehab Galal has announced his side’s squad for Entag El-Harby encounter in the 18th week of the Egyptian Premier League.
The squad sees the return of 19-year-old left-back Ahmed Aboul-Fetouh in place of Syria’s Moayad Ajan. The young defender missed the Cairo Derby, but will now hope to nail down a regular starting spot again.
The list also saw the absences of Mahmoud Genesh and Abdallah Gomaa through injury, Mohamed Ibrahim for suspension after receiving a red card against Al Ahly, and Benjamin Acheampong for technical reasons.
Zamalek are currently fourth in the Egyptian Premier League with 28 points, 12 behind leaders Ismaily, while Entag sits ninth with 22 points. The military side managed to earn a draw when both teams met in the opening game of the season.
Goalkeepers: Ahmed El-Shennawy, Omar Salah.
Defenders: Hazem Emam, Ali Gabr, Mahmoud Hamdy ‘El Wensh’, Mahmoud Alaa, Ahmed Aboul-Fetouh.
Midfielders: Tarek Hamed, Ahmed Tawfik, Mahmoud Dunga, Moruf Yusuf, Ahmed Madbouly, Ahmed Daouda, Salah Ashour, Mohamed El-Shamy, Ayman Hefny, Ahmed Refaat.
Strikers: Kabongo Kasongo, Bassem Morsy.
