Egypt’s has scored a brace on his Al Ahli debut as the Saudi side managed to qualify for the quarter-finals of the King’s Cup.

The Al Ahly loanee started on the bench as Al Ahli thrashed second division side Al Orobah 6-0 in the last 16 round of the King’s Cup.

Salman Al Moasher opened the scoreline in the 33rd minute, before Housain Al Mogahwi doubled his side’s lead eight minutes later, ending the first-half 2-0 to Al Ahli.

In the 60th minute, Greece international Giannis Fetfatzidis killed the game by scoring the third goal, which made Al Ahli manager Serhiy Rebrov bring on Momen Zakaria in the 68th minute.

Salman Al Moasher got his second of the game five minutes after Momen’s substitution and the Egyptian got his name on the scoresheet, scoring two goals in the 91st and 93rd minutes.

Al Ahli will be up against the winner of Al Fayha and Al Fateh encounter in the quarter-finals of the King’s Cup, but first, they will face Al Shabab in the league on Tuesday, January 30.
