Fady Nagah completes move to Austrian outfit SC Mauerbach

Fady Nagah

Entag El-Harby defender decided to join Austrian fourth-tier USC Wiesbauer Mauerbach favoring it over a move to a local club.

Nagah played before for Harras El-Hodod, Petrojet, Smouha before joining Entag El-Harby in August 2015. He played a total of 87 league games, eight in Egypt Cup and one in the CAF Champions League.

“My new club is owned by Austrian-Egyptian businessman Mostafa El-Nemr who is helping the team promote to the first division,” Nagah said in radio comments.

The 27-year-old said that his wife is also an Austrian-Egyptian which means he will be close to his family and can later continue his career there.

“Moving to Austria is a new challenge for me. Additionally, I will not face language problems since I am fluent in English and French. I used to help African players and French managers with translation,” he added. ”

Nagah assured that he gave up all his financial dues with Entag and that the Egyptian club received a compensation as part of the deal that allowed him to move during the winter transfer window.
