Zamalek’s Nana Poku to miss Wadi Degla clash with knee injury
Ghanaian forward Nana Poku will miss Zamalek’s clash with Wadi Degla on Wednesday through a knee injury.
Zamalek will be up against in-form Wadi Degla, who won their last two encounters against Al Nasr and Petrojet respectively.
The Whites’ task will not be any easier with the absence of their main forward Nana Poku after he picked up an injury during his side’s 1-0 win over Smouha in the 23rd round of the Egyptian Premier League.
Kabongo Kasongo or Bassem Morsy are expected to replace Poku, with the duo hoping to end their goal drought against the relegation contenders.
Poku joined Zamalek last January from Misr El-Makkasa and has scored one goal in four games since his arrival as Zamalek currently sit fourth in the Premier League.
