Salah’s effort against Tottenham wins February Goal of the Month award

’s second goal against Tottenham last month in the Premier League has been awarded Goal of the Month for February. 

In the dying minutes of a tough fixture with Spurs, Salah dazzled the Anfield audience with dancing feet beating every Tottenham defender that stood in his way and slotted the ball past Hugo Lloris.

The club has announced on its official website that the goal was voted by the fans as the best goal of the month, coming ahead of Salah’s other two goals against Tottenham in the same tie and the one against Porto in the Champions League.

One of Sadio Mane’s goals in his hat-trick against Porto was voted fourth, while the stunning effort of Rafael Camacho in the U19 game booked the fifth and last place on the list.

Salah has also been awarded Goal of the Month by the Premier League for his same display and with his five goals and two assists in February he was also named Player of the Month in the most watched league worldwide.
