Report: Mohamed Salah’s transfer value rises most in Europe
Mohamed Salah’s transfer value has reportedly increased vastly during the period from September 2017 to March 2018 more than any other player in the world, according to findings.
Mohamed Salah is arguably experiencing the best footballing season since the start of his professional career. The Egypt international has so far scored 24 goals in the English Premier League, being the joint-top scorer with Tottenham striker Harry Kane, and has a total of 32 goals in all competitions.
According to findings from CIES Football Observatory, Salah’s transfer value has increased more than any other player in Europe since September 2017.
The 25-year-old winger’s value was estimated at €88.1M in September 2017 but has risen in a remarkable manner in March 2017 to become €162.8M, recording a €74.7M increase, per the report.
Manchester City’s duo Ederson and Leroy Sane came right after Salah for the players whose transfer values ascended the most.
The former Roma man is seemingly a concrete transfer target for Real Madrid in the upcoming summer, however, Liverpool made it clear that Los Merengues will have to pay more than €160M to capture his signing.
