Mortada Mansour reveals photo of Abdallah El-Said signing for Zamalek
The outspoken chairman held a press conference at the club’s headquarters on Saturday, where he revealed El-Said’s photo, claiming the 32-year-old playmaker signed for Zamalek before deciding to extend his Al Ahly contract.
El-Said, whose contract with the Red Castle was due to expire by the end of the season, made headlines in Egypt over the past few weeks.
After weeks of speculation over his future, the Egypt international extended his Al Ahly contract last week for two more years, only for Mansour to announce that he was on the verge of joining the White Castle.
Just few hours after his contract renewal at Al Ahly, the Red Castle board announced they’ll begin negotiating a potential transfer for the player, whether for loan or permanent transfer from clubs abroad.
