Bernardo Silva classifies Salah as one of the best in the world
Liverpool have drawn with Manchester City in a promising Champions League clash in the quarterfinals stage of the European competition, with Salah and his teammates hoping to replicate the success of defeating Pep Guardiola’s team.
The 25-year-old winger is on the form of his life at the time being as he is now the exclusive English Premier League goal scorer with 28 goals and became the first Egyptian in history to score a hat-trick in the league in the game against Watford.
“He’s been having an amazing season. He’s a great player, if not the best then one of the most important players for Liverpool. It’s great to have some of the best footballers in the world playing against us,” Silva told Sport 360.
Ahead of Liverpool and Man City’s clash in the Champions League, Silva and Salah will meet prior to that when Portugal face Egypt in an international friendly on March 23.
“Of course it’s not easy to play against him, because he’s so good, but it’s good,” he concluded.
