Smouha extend the contracts of Yasser Ibrahim, Ragab Bakkar
Ibrahim and Bakkar have been two key players for Smouha this season and are crucial in the team’s path since the start of the season. The Alexandria-based club occupy the fifth place with 43 points, six points away from the fourth place which qualifies to the CAF Confederations Cup.
Ibrahim has appeared in 26 games in the league this season with Smouha, and managed to score in a single occassion. Meanwhile, Bakkar featured in 28 games and delivered two assists this term.
The Smouha defenders both expressed their delight to have decided their fate after a period of uncertainty with the presence of offers from Gulf countries, in addition to interest from Cairo arch-rivals Al Ahly and Zamalek.
