Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe praises Mohamed Salah
After Liverpool’s 3-0 demolition of Bournemouth on Saturday, Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe praised the Egyptian for his performances.
“We played against a very good team today, one of the best in Europe and they are showing it, it was a tough test and we learned a lot,” Howe said after the match.
Mohamed Salah scored the second goal of the match in the 62nd minute to make the match 2-0. The goal broke multiple records as he became the record African goalscorer in a single season, breaking Didier Drogba’s record.
The English manager praised the goal, “Alexander Arnold’s cross was fantastic and the header from Salah was unbelievable,” he told the BBC.
“You won’t see a better collective team goal this week.” Howe concluded.
Mohamed Salah’s goal was his 30th Premier League goal this season and his 40th in all competitions.
Liverpool next play Ahmed Hegazi and West Bromwich Albion on April 21st.
