Mbaye Diagne: Trezeguet is a very special player
Senegalese striker Mbaye Diagne praised his teammate Mahmoud Trezeguet who is having an impressive debut season in Turkey coming from Belgian side Anderlecht.
Recently, and after he scored a total of 13 goals and made five assists in 29 matches played in all competitions with his club, Kasimpasa decided to activate his 2.5m Euros release clause, according to KingFut sources.
This came after reports indicated that the 23-year-old is being targetted by English Premier League clubs Everton, and Bournemouth.
“Trezeguet is a very young and very special player,” Diagne said about the Egyptian winger as he was being interviewed by the Anatolian Fire program on Radyospor. “He is showing his potential during games and achieving good success doing so.”
The young player helped massively in guiding Egypt for the 2018 World Cup after winning two crucial penalties during the qualifiers, including a last-gasp penalty against Congo that earned the Pharaohs their qualification to the World Cup.
