Egyptian winger has claimed that his side are going to fight to win the Premier League title next season.

After a remarkable season with the Reds, Salah has been selected in PFA’s team of the year, in addition to competing for PFA’s player of the year and the golden shoe.

in an interview with beIN Sports, Salah has congratulated Manchester City for winning the title after claiming it on Sunday, saying he’d like to do the same achievement with Liverpool next season.

“Manchester City have been an amazing team this season, they have played  great football and deserved the title, congratulations to them.

“Next season is going to be a big challenge for us. When you look at Manchester City winning the title, you feel you want to do the same achievement. I hope next season we win the title for Liverpool, we’ll fight for it.”

Although they have won the league, the Pharaoh was the first to defeat them in the league this season denying them from achieving an unbeaten season , as he also proved to be the most painful nail in their Champions League coffin as he scored against them on both legs.

When Salah was asked about his self-evaluation of his first season with the Reds, he joked:

“Out of 10 ? I’d say 15,”

“No it’s a joke,” he continued. “I leave the evaluation for the fans.”
