Egypt Sports Minister to intervene in EFA-Salah dispute

Minister of Sports and Youth took to Twitter to announce he will intervene to solve the image rights dispute between and the .

KingFut had exclusively revealed that Mohamed Salah’s lawyers plan to take action against the Egyptian Football Association, after the latter used the player’s image on the Egypt team plane without having the rights to do so.

Earlier today, Mohamed Salah has hit out at the Egyptian Football Association, saying that the way they decided to deal with the issue is a very big insult.

Which made Egypt’s Minister of Sports and Youth Khaled Abdel Aziz announce that he will intervene to solve the issue.

“We’ll be in touch with all associated parties to solve the issue, especially that the Egyptian national team is preparing for the World Cup,” Abd El-Aziz wrote on Twitter.

“Mohamed Salah is an example for Egypt’s youth who love and are loyal to their homeland and he is representing his country abroad in the best image,” he added.

The Egyptian star previously showed full support for his lawyer and managerial director, who has made it clear that Mohamed Salah could miss the World Cup if the issue is not resolved before June 15th.
