Liverpool celebrate Salah’s PFA Player of the Year success
Salah has arguably lived his most successful season in his professional career on personal level. He is the current English Premier League top scorer with 31 goals and has overall 43 goals in 47 games in all competitions this season.
The 25-year-old talisman is also very close to leading Liverpool to the Champions League final after playing an essential role in the semifinal first leg 5-2 win against Roma, scoring two goals and assisting another couple of goals, awaiting the return leg match in Rome.
Salah was handed an honourary accolade from the PFA Assistant Chief Executive Simon Barker were he was joined by his Liverpool teammates and Klopp in the Reds’ training ground.
The Egypt international has last featured for Liverpool in their 0-0 home draw against Stoke City where he failed to scored, but the Reds fans will hope it will not be the case when they meet Roma again in the Italian capital with the Champions League final looking to be on the horizon.
