Bance ruled out for four months with tear in Achilles Tendon
Al Masry confirmed the club’s Burkinabe striker Aristide Bance has suffered a partial tear in his achilles tendon during the game against UD Songo last Sunday.
The 33-year old has picked an injury against the Mozambican side which forced him out of the remainder of the game, that ended 2-0 for Al Masry in CAF Confederations Cup group stages.
The club has released a statement confirming that the Bance will be sidelined for four to six months after undergoing MRI which reveled a partial tear in his achilles tendon.
Bance has featured for 19 games this season for the Portsaid-based club scoring eight goals, helping Al Masry to finish third in 2017-2018 league table and secure an African continental campaign for the second successive season.
