Mohamed Salah breaks Premier League goals record
Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah set a new record as he became the highest scoring player for a 38-game Premier League campaign after scoring a goal against Brighton on Sunday in the final match of the EPL season.
Salah took his season to a whole new level as he broke a new record scoring a first-time shot in the 26th minute against Brighton to go beyond a record of 31 goals, that was jointly held by Alan Shearer, Cristiano Ronaldo and Luis Suarez.
After scoring 31 goals with three games to spare for Liverpool, the 25-year-old was expected to surpass the record soon, yet, fans were surprised after he failed to score against Stoke City and Chelsea.
However, Shearer and Andy Cole both still hold the record for most goals in a 42-game season with 34 goals.

It is worth mentioning that Salah bagged goals against all Premier League sides except for Manchester City and Swansea City.
The winger is now preparing for an important challenge when he and his teammates travel to Kiev to face Real Madrid in the Champions League final.
