Mido believes Ramos is a great defender despite hurting Salah
In an interview with ON Sport, Mido spoke about the Champions League final, how he always supports Real Madrid yet he could not celebrate after Ramos brought Salah to the ground.
Mido: : “I said before that Sergio Ramos’ intentions were clear in hurting Salah, however was this the first time for Ramos to be that aggressive?
“No, this is his style of play, he plans on threatening the opposition by being aggressive so they will not try to go past him again.
“After the final whistle, I was really angry at Ramos, because he hurt the player that I support, the one I was hoping could win the Champions League. But as a coach I would like to have a player with same character and capabilities as Ramos.”
After days of rumors and speculations it has been confirmed that the Egyptian King will be heading with the rest of the Pharaohs to the World Cup, but there is a huge possibility he might miss the opening game against Uruguay.
Salah has been directly involved in the seven goals that took Egypt to the World Cup scoring five of them and assisting the other two and it is widely believed that Hector Cuper will struggle without his no 10.
