Maaloul has suffered a hamstring strain following Tunisia’s friendly with Spain on Saturday, which the 2010 World Cup champions won 1-0, thanks to Iago Aspas’ late strike.
However, beIN SPORTS has revealed that Maaloul will be fit for his side’s game against England on Monday, June 18.
The Eagles of Carthage, who became the first African team to win a match at the World Cup in 1978, were drawn in G alongside England, Belgium, and Panama.
The former CS Sfaxien defender has been at the Red Devils since July 2016. He helped them win two Premier League titles, one Egypt Cup, and the Egyptian Super Cup once.
Maaloul has struggled with injuries this season, missing almost a month with various injuries.
