Ramadan Sobhi’s Huddersfield Town shirt number revealed
Huddersfield Town new signing Ramadan Sobhi will wear the No.14 shirt for his new club, the 21-year-old player revealed.
The Premier League side announced on Tuesday that Sobhi will join the club from relegated Stoke City following the conclusion of the World Cup. He will move on a three-year deal, with the club having the option of a further season.
Following the announcement, Sobhi revealed on his Twitter account that he’ll be wearing the No.14 shirt with his new club – the same number he wears with the Egyptian national team. He used to wear the No.32 shirt at Stoke City.
The former Al Ahly winger joined Huddersfield Town after two years with the Potters that saw him make 46 appearances in all competitions.
He is part of Egypt’s squad that is currently preparing for the 2018 World Cup, as they’ll kick off their campaign against Uruguay on Friday before playing against Russia and Saudi Arabia on June 19 and June 25.
