Al Masry signed Nigerian midfielder Emeka Eze from Entag El Harby on Thursday as the green club prepares for the new season with another signing.

Al Masry managed to sign the 25-year-old player on a four-year-deal from Entag after playing only one season with the latter participating in 30 league matches and one Egypt Cup match failing to register any goal or assist.

Eze becomes Masry’s fifth foreigner in the team alongside Aristide Bance, Mohamed Koffi, Issouf Outtara and Torric Jebrin who joined the team from Arab Contractors this season.

The Portsaid-based club has made five signings so far this season landing Jebrin, Palestinian forward Mohamed Wady, Al Nasr’s Mahmoud Rabei and Hagag Ewis as well as Tanta’s Mohamed Gaber.

Youssef Wael is a massive Al Ahly and Manchester United supporter from Cairo, Egypt. One of the few Egyptians who never really wanted to have a career in football, just played it as a hobby. Wael also played squash for 7 years.
