Zamalek interested in Etoile’s Mohamed Amine Ben Amor – Report
Egyptian giants Zamalek are reportedly interested in signing Etoile du Sahel and Tunisia midfielder Mohamed Amine Ben Amor.
The 26-year-old is currently on loan at Saudi outfit Al Ahli and according to Tunisian radio station Mosaique, Zamalek are interested in signing the Tunisia international.
The midfielder was in Tunisia’s World Cup squad, but only got 15 minutes of playing time against England during their three group stage games.
He is known in Egypt for his long-range goal for Etoile against Al Ahly in last year’s CAF Champions League semi-finals.
The move may take place as the White Castle are looking for a replacement for Egypt international Tarek Hamed who might leave the club during this summer transfer window.
It’s not the first time Zamalek have been linked with a move for Ben Amor, as reports emerged last October that Zamalek were in talks to sign the player, but the Whites denied the news.
