OFFICIAL: Al-Nasr’s Amar Hamdi joins Al Ahly
Amar Hamdi is now Al Ahly’s third signing during the summer transfer window following the signing of Dakhleya defender Ahmed Alaa and Malian defender Salif Coulibaly who joined the club on a free transfer deal after his contract with TP Mazembe expired.
Reports claim that the young player signed a contract to stay with Al Ahly for five years for 10 million EGP.
The 19-year-old player played 17 matches in the Egyptian Premier League last season with Al-Nasr and managed to score one goal and made one assist. He also played one match in Egypt Cup.
Hamdi shined with Al-Nasr and grabbed the Red Devils’ attention after the departure of Islam Issa to Al Masry in January 2018 in a 10-million EGP deal.
