Kasimpasa refuses new offer from Galatasaray to sign Trezeguet – Report
Even though Kasimpasa already announced that the Egypt international had decided to stay at the club, a report by Turkish outlet Fanatik claimed that Galatasaray officials are still trying to sign Trezeguet
The outlet pointed out that Kasimpasa officials told them that they are not willing to agree to any deal that is worth less than 5.9 million euros in addition to the value added tax.
It is worth mentioning that Galatasaray violated the UEFA financial fair play regulations and have to keep their transfers at a minimum due to financial difficulties.
The talented young player was close to completing a move to the Czech side earlier this month. However, KingFut revealed that the 23-year-old then decided to put his move to the Czech club on hold despite agreeing terms with last season’s runners-up.
Trezeguet, who featured in all three of Egypt’s games in the World Cup, was one of the main reasons behind Egypt qualification after winning two crucial penalties during the qualifiers, including a last-gasp penalty in the decisive game against Congo.
