Mohamed Salah scores as Liverpool win 5-0 in friendly over Napoli

Liverpool played one of their final pre-season matches against Napoli at the Aviva Stadium with a full strength team, giving a glimpse of how strong they will be this season.

New signing Allison Becker had a fantastic game, beginning his game with a fantastic ball to Mohamed Salah.  The Egyptian worked his way around the box, and then passed to Sadio Mane, before the Senegalese star layed the ball off to James Milner, who scored on the fifth minute.

Liverpool made it 2-0 with a Georginio Wijnaldum header five minutes later from a corner.

Mohamed Salah got his name on the score sheet on the 60th minute after a stunning curler. A weak clearance fell to Salah on the right side of the box. After taking a few touches parallel to the goal, the Egyptian hit a wicked curler that went to the top left corner.

Liverpool then scored two goals in quick succession on the 72nd minute. First Daniel Sturridge scored a rebound goal before Alberto Moreno scored a stunner to seal the game at 5-0.

The result will surely send the Reds into the season with high confidence. Liverpool kick off their Premier League season on August 12th against West Ham.
