Amro Tarek scores in Orlando City draw with New England

Egypt international has scored his first goal for Orlando City as they snatched a last-gasp draw with New England in the .

Juan Agudelo opened the scoring for New England in the seventh minute with a header, and just eleven minutes later Cristian Penilla scored the visitors’ second goal after Orlando center back O’Neill lost possession just outside the penalty box.

In the 30th minute, New England nearly scored their third goal of the game but Tarek managed to properly clear the ball off the line.

Then just one minute before the half-time whistle, Dwyer managed to score the hosts’ first goal of the game.

In the 70th minute, Tarek scored the equalizer for Orlando City after his header came off the post and the goalkeeper failed to properly clear it out.

Five minutes later Teal Bunbury scored New England’s third and final goal of the game as he managed to easily dribble past the Orlando defense.

In the 93rd minute Peru international Yoshimar Youtun scored the equalizer for Orlando City, earning his side a valuable point.

Orlando City are currently eighth on the MLS Eastern Conference table with 23 points, they will face D.C United in their next game on August 13.
