Mohamed Elneny’s ranking in Arsenal’s max speed test has been revealed after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang leaked the results on Instagram.
The Gabon international posted a picture of the official test results after he was declared Arsenal’s quickest player, knocking Hector Bellerin off the top spot.
Bellerin was Arsenal’s fastest player in the last couple of years, but came second in the rankings with a speed of 9.63 followed by Sokratis at 9.59.
Egypt international Mohamed Elneny was second from bottom as he only managed a max speed of 8.76 at 96 per cent effort, only ahead of new signing Lucas Torreira, who came last with a speed of 8.73.
Elneny has emerged as an Olympique de Marseille target as the French side want the Arsenal man to replace Zambo Anguissa.
A number of reports have revealed that Arsenal may consider selling Mohamed Elneny this summer after the arrival of Lucas Torreira and Mattéo Guendouzi.
The Egyptian is yet to start a game for Arsenal this season, sitting on the bench against both Man City and Chelsea in the Premier League.
