Players, coaches who voted for Salah for FIFA Player of the Year award revealed
Salah made it to the final three-player shortlist for the best player in the world along with Luka Modric and Cristiano Ronaldo. The 26-year-old forward finished third in the annual FIFA award behind the winner Modric and Ronaldo who came in the second place.
Former Liverpool defender and Cagliari new player Ragnar Klavan has given Salah his vote as the world’s best player for the FIFA award. Slovakia captain Martin Skrtel also picked Salah for accolade, however he put the Egypt hero as the third best player after Luka Modric and Kylian Mbappe.
Salah teammate and Netherlands captain Virgil Van Dijk voted for the 26-year-old, as well as Northern Ireland captain and coach Steve Davis and Michael O’Neill respectively.
