Aguirre names significantly unchanged squad for Swaziland encounter
A list of 12 foreign-based players was announced last month for the third and fourth match-ups against Swaziland, before adding up to them another 15 players on Monday from the Egyptian Premier League.
The squad has seen the inclusion of Arab Contractors hitman Ahmed Ali, while Smouha goalkeeper Mohamed Abou-Gabal replaced Mohamed Awad in the goalkeeper position.
The Pharaohs will line up against Swaziland for the first game on October 12 in Cairo then head to Mbabane to play the fourth round match on the 16th of the same month.
The 15 local-based squad:
Goalkeepers: Mohamed El-Shennawy, Mahmoud Gennesh, Mahmoud Abou-Gabal
Defenders: Ayman Ashraf, Mohamed Hany, Mahmoud Hamdy ‘El-Wensh’, Ali Gabr, Baher El-Mohamady, Mohamed Hamdy
Midfielders: Tarek Hamed, Mohamed Sadek, Mohamed Mahmoud
Strikers: Marwan Mohsen, Salah Mohsen, Ahmed Ali.
