Three Pharaohs abroad included in Egypt’s national youth team
Egypt’s national youth team will include three Pharaohs abroad as they are set to play two friendly matches in the space of one week.
Head coach Rabee Yasin will lead the youth team in two friendly games this week. The first one will be played on Thursday and the next will be played on Monday in just an over week-long training camp.
The three Pharaohs abroad included in the U-18 squad are Hussein Mehasseb, who plays for Motherwell FC in Scotland, Ahmed Osama Zaghloul, who plays in Spain with the Valencia Soccer Academy, and Karim Baghdady, who plays in Italy.
KingFut had exclusively revealed that Zaghloul had trials with Tottenham back in 2015, when he was just 12 years of age.
Zaghloul started playing for Canadian youth academy EPIC FC Toronto. The 16-year-old left-footed winger also had trials at English sides Bolton Wanderers and Everton.
