Egyptian Premier League side have officially announced they have relieved coach and former technical advisor off his duties by mutual consent.

Pyramids had previously disclosed about the appointing of Hossam Hassan as head coach after the latter resigned from his job as Al Masry coach.

Furthermore, Pyramids had revealed a modified management structure which saw Hossam El-Badry remain president, in addition to being a vice-head of the club’s football committee, Hady Khashaba club vice-president and a member of the football committee and Ahmed Hassan the technical advisor for the club owner Turki Al-Sheikh and club spokesperson.

“Pyramids FC management would like to thank Ricardo La Volpe for his services in the past period and what he provided in the shape of support after both parties agreed to part company by mutual consent,” Pyramids posted on Twitter.

La Volpe formerly arrived to Pyramids as the club’s technical advisor in June, before being hired as the first team’s head coach following the departure of Alberto Valentim.
