Agent: Ramadan Sobhi will not leave Huddersfield in January
Ramadan Sobhi has been struggling with a knee injury sustained last August, which forced him to miss eight games for his club, with his only official appearance coming in their 6-1 loss to Manchester City in addition to being on the bench during his side’s 0-3 loss to Chelsea.
When asked if Sobhi will be leaving his club in January, Shawky assured to Sada El Balad TV channel that the 21-year-old player will not leave his club during the winter transfer window.
“Ramadan will continue playing for Huddersfield till the end of the season and there are no plans for him to leave in January,” he added.
Shawky also did not want to comment on the news about Sobhi being called up by the Egyptian Olympic team saying that he prefers not to talk about this right now.
Huddersfield are currently at the bottom of the English Premier league table with only three points earned after 10 games.
