Amr Warda speaks about future with PAOK
Egypt international Amr Warda discussed his future with Greek side PAOK after news reports claimed that he might be part of a transfer in January.
PAOK coach Răzvan Lucescu spoke before about Warda in October warning him about respecting the team and following the rules, but also assured that Egypt attacking midfielder is with the team
“I play for PAOK and nobody mentioned that I will be leaving in January,” he said on his official Facebook page. “I love PAOK and I want to help the team win the league.”
“I am currently in Egypt to join the national team, but I’m reading the news about my situation. As I said, I currently play for PAOK and I will keep fighting for my team.”
Warda is included in Egypt’s squad that will face Tunisia in the final round of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers as he was called up by head coach Javier Aguirre.
