Baher Elmohammady expresses gratitude for national team staff
Ismaily defender Baher Elmohammady has expressed his full gratitude to the Egypt national team staff and their constant support through the Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers.
Baher Elmohamady made his fourth consecutive cap and has repaid the national team staff’s trust after scoring a crucial goal in the hard fought victory over Tunisia to help the team go up 2-1 in the game that ended 3-2 to the Pharaohs.

Elmohammady has admitted that the staff’s support and trust has helped him a lot in proving himself on the pitch and he’s very grateful for that.
“I always try to improve from one encounter to the next, there are those who help and stand by me in the national team, in addition to players such as Mohammed Salah, Ahmad Hegazi and Ahmed Elmohamady,” said the former Zamalek player.
The defender added that the victory over Tunisia was very joyful to the whole team, stating that they were hoping to lead the group but will try to achieve this in the Niger last match in the qualifiers.
“I can not describe my happiness as the result of the team work that reflects the spirit we all have and helps us to contribute to the best level.”
